Senior Planning Associate
Kristy Kilbourne (MCIP, RPP, AICP) is an experienced Registered Professional Planner and brings 15 years of professional experience in planning, policy, strategic initiatives, project management and public and government relations, to her projects at the firm.
Before shifting into consulting, Kristy worked at a number of municipalities in the Greater Toronto Area, in a variety of planning capacities and roles where she led and contributed to a wide range of planning studies, policy reviews, strategic initiatives, and development application reviews.
Kristy holds a Master in Environmental Studies (Planning) degree from York University and a B.A. Hons. degree in Environmental and Resource Studies from Trent University. She is an active member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI), Canadian Institute of Planners, American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute (Toronto Chapter), as well as a past recipient of OPPI’s Member Service Award.
