Senior Planning Associate
Lucy Lynch is an urban planner passionate about building cities that are culturally and ecologically resilient. Prior to joining R.E. Millward + Associates, Lucy worked in cultural heritage planning, where she honed her archival research skills and gained a strong appreciation for the historical development of Toronto. Her background in academic research and project coordination working on the Global Suburbanisms project at York University has taken her across the globe from South America, to Europe, and across North America, engaging with city builders and learning about equitable planning. She has published and presented research on public space, green infrastructure, Ontario’s Greenbelt policies, and suburban development.
