99-101 Glen Road
In 2015, R.E. Millward + Associates was retained by Pro Winko Canada Ltd. to assist with planning approval for the redevelopment of an existing mid-century apartment building into four new apartments on the property at 99-101 Glen Road in the Rosedale neighbourhood of Toronto. Our firm assisted in meeting with the Rosedale Residents Association, working with the City Planning department, managing a Committee of Adjustment application for minor variance and offering strategic advice.
